Introducing the 12-Week "Time to Flourish" Coaching Program

Through my experience working as a Health and Wellness Coach, I’ve realized that no matter what issue my clients are working on in coaching, it always comes down to one critical point: neglect of prioritizing self-care. As women, we are taught to put our children, partners and work before taking care of ourselves, and our physical and mental health suffers because of it. Listening to my clients share their pain and frustration has motivated me to want to help all women put their wellness first.

Several years ago, I took a giant leap of faith and started a Master’s program in Health and Wellness Coaching. I had so many doubts: What if my brain doesn’t function academically anymore? What if my migraines and digestive issues keep me from doing well? What if I don’t have enough time to study? It was challenging at times, but I did it. And through my holistic training and practicum, working with women just like you, I’ve gotten a deeper understanding of the problems many of us are facing in middle-age.

In the “Time to Flourish” Coaching Program, we start with the assessment tool called the “Wellness Wheel” which asks you to evaluate how satisfied you are with different aspects of your life, for example nutrition, movement, personal growth, spirituality, and more. After taking a deep dive into these topics, you decide what area you’d like to start working on. Through our conversations, we create awareness and then move on to making doable plans. Alongside this work, we create an individualized self-care plan to ensure that you are prioritizing your wellness.

You can do this. As overwhelming as it can feel, as isolating as it can be, you can and will rebuild your mind, body and spirit. When you combine the right plan with an expert guide who knows what you’re going through but also knows how to get you to the other side, anything is possible.
