Nichole Meyer, MA, NBC-HWC

Nichole earned her Master’s degree in Health and Wellness Coaching, Concentration in Nutrition, from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. The program’s highlights include client-centered and strength-based coaching, positive psychology, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. Nichole is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach from the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, a professional organization which holds strict educational and ethical standards for coaches, and partners with the National Board of Medical Examiners. Nichole completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at the University of Minnesota and is committed to helping her clients bring mindfulness into their daily lives. Nichole is currently enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She is continuing her training in Mindfulness, while bringing in the skills to teach meditation.
